I've been using this machine at my chiropractor's office recently. I'm a little over a year into treatment from a back injury from a car accident. I've had most recently a nerve ablation at levels 3,4,and 5 bilateral lumbar area. This machine has given my lower and upper back the best feeling stretch to help me with other pt stuff. Although I've not yet been able to afford this machine for my home, it will be the first purchase with my settlement money. I also suffer with RA and this machine has just been an absolute lifesaver.

The worst assembly instructions I have ever seen.

Hips, back, neck, and legs all feel amazing. Was having painful sciatica in leg and hips were really tight. Had back pain and unilateral leg pain due to an old injury. The daily stretching with this device at home has dramatically improved my range of motion and pain. Worth the investment for those who don’t enjoy getting on the floor to stretch.
