HORRIBLE!!!!

My experience with Precor Home was absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was told my delivery would arrive in 4-5 weeks and it took about 2 1/2 months. To make matters worse, when the cardio machines were finally delivered, the 3 movers for Carolina Fitness Equipment refused to install one of the machines, because they just did not want to do it. A few days after the delivery, I called Carolina Fitness Equipment, spoke to the rep and explained what had happened. He was going to work it out to where his movers came back and took the machine, which was being stored at my business, to my home and install it like it was originally supposed to be. He never responded back. Very poor service and workmanship.
