TRM 600 Line
The Precor TRM® 600 Line is the third in our line of professional treadmills but sacrifices none of the high-quality features found on the other models. The Precor TRM 600 can reach speeds up to 12 MPH, has a spacious 60-inch running surface and 15% incline elevation range for uphill training, features pre-programmed workouts, and is powered by a 3-horsepower energy-efficient motor.
This treadmill requires a dedicated 120V/20A circuit with a 5-20R NEMA receptacle to operate in a home.
I purchased a precor treadmill, last year and was happy with it. Then I decided to purchase a second one, but this time I decided to get one model higher up. The new model is supposed to connect to an app on your phone so you can keep track of your exercise. However, Pre-core does little to assist you in connecting to the app and they have very limited availability for telephone support. I live on the East Coast and Precor is based on the West Coast and their hours are essentially 10 AM East Coast time to 3 PM East Coast time M-F. Because I work full-time, it’s difficult to get access to a support person because I need to be near the treadmill. After a few phone calls with the company I have still been unable to connect the treadmill to my phone and I’m wondering why I paid a few thousand dollars more for an upgraded machine that does nothing extra. I would not recommend that anybody purchase anything other than the bottom model and hopefully the support will be needed. I previously and still own a 10-year-old pre-core which I use all the time and I’m very happy with it. The problem seems to be, When you purchase a treadmill that does anything more than just the basics from Precor. Further, the pre-car electronics are somewhat antiquated and do not have USB-C outlets. Pre-course should either refund the difference between the low and model and the one I purchased or assist me with programming the one I purchased so it works as advertised. We intended to purchase one more treadmill on this time we were going to purchase top-of-the-line model but now I’ve decided to look at other options.
Dead on install.
Delivery men refused to unload and install all my equipment I ordered for no legitimate reason. Also, it took 2 1/2 months to get delivery of the equipment when it was supposed to get to my home in 4-5 weeks. Very Bad experience.
