You Pay For What You Get

I am completely thrilled with the EFX 635. This purchase came after I broke the metal frame of 2 Nordictrack Commercial 9.9 machines. The first broke 34 days into use and the second broke shortly before a year of use. At 205 pounds, I’m far below the 350 pound weight limit listed on the machine.

My EFX 635 was delivered with a faulty right side wheel that produced a vibration. The wheel was quickly replaced and is now smooth as glass. I watched as the repair person dismantled part of the elliptical to repair the wheel and the quality difference to the Nordictrack is readily apparent to anyone paying attention. Hoping that this is my last elliptical purchase!

PRECOR review

Functions as expected and we like it.

Couldn’t be More Pleased

Came from a NordicTrack (FS7) that I had basically worn out. Had to save up my pennies, but zero regrets. Quality of product not in the same league. Have lost 12 LBs already (over first 10 days getting back in thr workout swing) and can see myself hitting my goal weight. Machine is WELL put together. Does feel like the Precors I used to use in the fitness center.

Precor machines always seemed to work best for me (stride wise) at the center. Comes the closest to jogging of any elliptical I have ever used.

One thing I do miss is IFIT. I thought that was a technical marvel and made working out very enjoyable. I bought a base model 600 series so would likely need decent amount of modification if a similar capability was made available. Small price to pay for the light years jump in machine quality. No regret’s whatsoever.
